Natures Grub Ground Sanitising & Disinfecting Powder – available in 2.5kg or 5kg tubs.

100% biodegradable plant fibre-based disinfecting powder that is safe to put on composts.

It can be used throughout your poultry or animal houses and run areas. Apply at a rate of 50g per square metre. Concentrate particularly on nest boxes, bedding spaces, and wherever droppings build up. Remove birds while applying but they can return within 10 minutes or once the dust has settled.

This powder has excellent absorption rates and can absorb up to 7 times its own weight. As well as being an excellent drying powder, it suppresses dust in the Coop. It also neutralises odours like ammonia, kills insect eggs and fly larvae, and prevents breeding areas for mites and lice.

Use it as a bedding conditioner in the Chicken Coop. It has a very good absorption capacity and affects bacteria that cause Salmonella, E. coli, and Coccidiosis.
